​​Whether you're just getting started with AI or already building with it. AI Essentials for All is designed for individual contributors, managers and leaders, across functions including design, innovation, marketing, sales, operations, HR, legal, technology and beyond.

The programme is particularly relevant if you:

• use AI but want to understand what is actually happening behind the interface.

• want to move beyond prompting and build more useful AI-supported workflows.

• are already experimenting or building, but want stronger foundations around responsible use, lifecycle, governance and scale.

• lead people who are increasingly using AI and need a shared foundation for doing it well.

Technical or non-technical. Beginner or experienced builder. The goal is to give you, all the needed AI fundamentals and literacy to use, question, build or scale with AI responsibly as soon as your are out of the program session.

1. AI without the noise - Understand what AI is, what it isn't, and what actually matters amongst the terminology and hype.

2. Beyond prompting - Learn the foundations of context engineering and how better context makes AI more useful for real work.

3. Look under the AI hood - Understand enough about how AI, LLMs, agents work to make better decisions about what you're building.

4. Build responsibly from day one - Connect what you build with lifecycle thinking, ethics, risk and responsible AI principles.

5. From experiment to organizational use - Understand what changes when AI moves beyond personal experimentation — including governance, the EU AI Act and organizational readiness.

​Bring a real problem and turn it into a working AI-powered solution/prototype​ - it could be a repetitive task, an information challenge, a workflow, a customer or employee need, or simply an idea you've wanted to test. Don't have one, do not worry we will give you one.

During the program, you'll apply what you're learning to turn that problem into a potential solution.

By the end, you'll leave with:

• A working AI-powered prototype based on your own problem or idea.

• Practical AI foundations to help you explain, evaluate and develop what you've built more responsibly.

• A practitioner-reviewed capstone that brings the program together and contributes evidence of your applied AI literacy.

• Not just proof that you attended, but an evidence that you applied what you learned.
